Skill Development
Training 10,000+ youth annually in employable skills, achieving 80% placement rate for trained candidates, and establishing skill centers in 25+ locations to bridge the rural-urban employment gap.
Women Empowerment
Creating 5,000+ women entrepreneurs by 2025, establishing 200+ self-help groups, and providing financial literacy to 15,000+ women to foster economic independence and leadership.
