Establishing avocado orchards in Sikkim with training on sustainable production and marketing, funded by NERCORMS and the North East Council.
Overview
Funded by NERCORMS under the North East Council, Ministry of DoNER, this project establishes avocado orchards in Sikkim's hill villages. Farmers receive planting material and training on sustainable avocado production, post-harvest handling and marketing, opening a high-value crop for the region.
What we do
